Everyone keep an eye on Sunday and Monday. Right now the winds are predicted to be a strong North 30kmh both days with no rain now. Saturday the amount of rain has dropped so it may even disappear for Saturday. A reminder that it will also depend on if it rains to the north and or east of us, but right now Sunday and Monday are looking good. Often the 2nd days are better, as birds have a chance to move down on the first good wind. I suspect both days will be winners if no rain falls. Eagles like the windy cold weather! For Walter and I it will be like Christmas is coming...so lets get to the weekend!!

Hi I was there on monday and didnt see much what is the best time to see these beautiful creatures. First time I was there saw some really nice nests though.
The nests were squirrel nests. Best days have north winds in them with Northwest being best. The birds are migrating past for the most part. Sometimes if we are lucky a few land. Between 10am and 2pm is the peak time but on really good days it can go later. Things are winding down now, but there are still many good birds to see, through the end of November. Watch the blog as we often suggest best days to try to be present.
Noooooooooo!!! I won't be able to make it
Good luck with the watch
