Mike 3's Winter Raptor Shots

Mike 3 sent me some great shots he's taken this winter. Like Colin2 he saw and photographed the Peregrine Falcons at Tommy Thompson Park(The Spit),which was great to see. He also sent along a very different shot of a Redtailed Hawk that was stretching Mike wrote: I included some Coopers shots and one RT hawk. Flying Coop shots taken at Presquile in early Jan. Sitting Coop shots taken at Thickson Woods in the meadow area late Jan. snd one interesting RT shot at Presquile Provincial Park late Jan.
Thanks again Mike, I encourage Rosetta raptor fans to keep sending sighting and photos over the winter and spring.

Really nice photos of the many birds. Here along the shores of Lake Michigan USA I see birds passing through in Spring and Fall migrating to many miles away. Makes one understand the one large system we all live in. I just stumbled upon your Blog and I will say I love it. See you again soon. I have picked yours to follow. Great. Jack

Just saw your comment Jack. Thanks for the kind words. Glad U enjoy the blog, while Walter and I most often post,it wouldnt be near as good without photo contributions from our many friends. More people should appreciate how we are all part of one big "system" and do their part for everyone elses part! Some of our southern Ontario Peregrine Falcons nest in Michighan. 5 of them I believe.
